A three day online long weekend retreat with James & Lorenzo from Saturday 6th - Monday 8th June.

An active morning class followed by an afternoon inversion/restorative session each day:

Saturday 8 - 9.30am with James
Saturday 4 - 5.30pm with Lorenzo
Sunday 8 - 9.30am with James
Sunday 4 - 5.30pm with Lorenzo
Monday 8 - 9.30am with Lorenzo
Monday 4 - 5.30pm with James

This is open to all regular students of the school, or regular Iyengar yoga practitioners.

Some props, including yoga mat, bolster &/or blankets, strap and brick(s) would be useful, but not necessarily essential. 

Preference will be given to those attending all classes in the series, however individual classes can be attended.
