Beginners Workshop with James

Conducted over two days from 12 - 2pm on the first Saturday & Sunday of each month, these courses provide a basic framework for those new to yoga and a foundation from which to start attending the beginner classes on a regular basis.

January Intensive with James

An early morning 5 day intensive for regular students of the school and/or those familiar with the techniques of Iyengar Yoga.
