Introductory Course

Conducted over two days from 11.30am – 1.30pm on a Saturday & Sunday once a month, this course is the perfect introduction to Iyengar yoga.

In this course you will:

  • Learn about the theoretical principles which underpin this posture-based practice;
  • Become familiar with the fundamental poses practised;
  • Work on creating the physical foundation that supports these poses.

Participating in this course will create a basic framework, and provide confidence, for regular class attendance.

Includes:  all equipment used in class, including yoga mat
Time:  11.30am - 1.30pm
