For those who want to start right from the beginning these courses are conducted over two days, from 11.30am – 1pm, on a Saturday & Sunday once a month. This is the perfect short introduction to Iyengar yoga.
In this course you will:
- Learn about the theoretical principles which underpin this posture-based practice;
- Become familiar with the fundamental poses practised;
- Work on creating the physical foundation that supports these poses.
Participating in this course will create a basic framework, and provide confidence, for regular class attendance.
