Central Yoga School offers classes catering to all levels, whether you're new to the subject, or an experienced Iyengar yoga practitioner. Our certified teachers are all dedicated practitioners themselves and are passionate about authentic yoga practice.

As well as our regular weekly classes, we run a monthly Introductory Weekend for beginners — on this course a comprehensive induction to Iyengar yoga, and the school, is provided in an intimate environment.

Our Yoga Study Group is a monthly gathering and is popular amongst dedicated practitioners, for whom the theory behind Iyengar yoga is an important contributor to a richer practice. These afternoons are always enriching, and help to foster a sense of community within a like-minded group.
