Boost your yoga practice by attending an extended class for three consecutive mornings over the October long weekend.

Sessions will be taken by James and be held 7 - 9am on Saturday, and 8 - 10am on Sunday & Monday (daylight savings starts on Saturday night, so effectively same time of day, but different time on clock).

Attendance can be in-person or online.

These sessions are open to all regular students of the school, or regular Iyengar yoga practitioners.
