Begin the long weekend with three steady, extended morning classes designed to refine your yoga practice and set the tone for the year ahead. Practising over three consecutive days gives you the chance to build continuity, sharpen your understanding of key actions, and experience the cumulative benefits that only consistent practice can bring.
Each session will offer a structured sequence with time to work progressively and thoughtfully—supporting both stability and clarity in the body and mind. The series is ideal for students who would like to establish momentum early in the year, or those looking for an intensive ‘reset’ through practice.
This series is suitable for regular students of the school and experienced Iyengar Yoga practitioners.
