Step into the Easter long weekend with four extended morning classes led by James. Practising across consecutive days allows the work of each session to develop and build progressively over the series.
Structured sequences will revisit and refine the work of the poses. Careful attention to action and alignment helps bring focus and clarity to the mind while leaving the body feeling open, free and limber.
Attending the full series is recommended so that the progression of the work can be experienced from beginning to end, although individual sessions may also be attended.
Best suited to regular students and experienced Iyengar Yoga practitioners who would like to dedicate a little more time to practice over the long weekend.
